    Shelf life is five years from the date of receipt for this product as long as this product is stored in its original packaging in an environment below 80°F (27°C) and 60% RH.

    Working principle
    Through chemical reactions, oxygen in sealed containers is removed within a short period of time, making food exist in an anaerobic state (O₂ concentration below 0.01%). This effectively controls the growth of bacteria, molds, and other microorganisms, prevents oil oxidation, and thus can effectively maintain the color, aroma, and taste of food, prevent the oxidation and destruction of vitamins and other nutrients, and extend the shelf life of food.
    Main advantages
    Prevent oxidation deterioration: It can fundamentally prevent food from deteriorating, discoloring, and changing in flavor due to oxidation.
    Maintain food flavor: Food preservation does not require sterilization treatment, and can maintain the original flavor, color, and taste of the food. It is particularly effective for low-salt and low-sugar foods.
    Safe and convenient to use: It is packaged in the same bag as the food, without side effects, does not contain carcinogenic substances, the raw material reaction is stable, there is no strange taste, does not produce harmful gases, and accidental ingestion is harmless to the human body. At the same time, it is simpler than vacuum packaging and inert gas packaging, more convenient to use, and has lower costs.
    Main types
    Deoxidizers with inorganic substrates as the main body: including iron powder that is oxidized into iron hydroxide under the presence of oxygen and water vapor; there are also deoxidizers based on sulfite salts, with disodium sulfite as the main agent, which reacts with oxygen in the presence of water.
    Deoxidizers with organic substrates as the main body: such as enzymes, ascorbic acid, oleic acid, etc. Ascorbic acid itself is a reducing agent and can be oxidized when catalyzed by copper ions in the presence of oxygen, thereby removing oxygen from the environment; enzyme-based deoxidizers commonly use glucose oxidase, which uses the oxidation of glucose to glucose acid to consume oxygen for deoxidation. Application fields
    Food industry: Widely applied in pastry and sweet foods, livestock products, aquatic products, agricultural processing foods, tea, coffee, fried foods, cream foods, etc. It can also be used for fruit and vegetable preservation, delaying post-ripening of fruits and vegetables and extending storage period.
    Non-food industry: Can be used in deoxygenation of rare gases, such as in the production processes of ultra-large-scale circuits, laser materials, etc.; also can be used for deoxygenation of synthetic gas. Besides, it is also used for preservation of medicine, precision instruments, antiques and other items.
