Membrane protective breathable film:

Bonded vents are laminated with membrane and double-sided tape. Adhesive vents are sold in rolls or sheets. Packaging can also be customized according to customer requirements. Bonded vents are thin, lightweight, and easy to design and install. Bonded vents are the ideal solution for small spaces, thin-walled enclosures and applications requiring automated installation. We can select membrane types, shapes and sizes based on the customer's IP rating, ventilation or cooling requirements. We can also help choose the right adhesive for different contact surfaces.  DCCK can provide more than 50 standard sizes, and the size and shape can also be customized.

This series of membranes could be used in Automotive Lamps, Automotive  Sensitive Electronics, Outdoor Lighting, Outdoor Electronic Devices, Household Electrical and Electronics etc. 

The membrane can balance inside/outside pressure differentials of sealed  enclosures while blocking contaminants, which could increase components’ reliability and extend their service life. 

Shelf life is five years from the date of receipt for this product as long as this product is stored in its original packaging in an environment below 80°F (27°C) and 60% RH.
